The agreement.

This agreement

These terms are between you and Bolewood Group LLC ("we", "us"), the maker of StockClub. By using the app or this website, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use StockClub.

StockClub is invite-only. Access comes from us or from a club that invites you, and it can be passed on to nobody else. You must be 18 or older.

What StockClub is — and isn't.

What the service is

StockClub is software for writing down why your club owns something and revisiting that reasoning as news and earnings calls arrive. It is a record of your own research and nothing more. In particular:

• Not investment advice. We are not an investment adviser and nothing in StockClub — including any summary, label or analysis the app generates — is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Decisions are your club's alone.
• Not a broker. No trades happen here. You place trades wherever you already do.
• Not your club's books. Units, contributions, distributions and the club's official record of performance stay with your treasurer. Figures in the app are context, not accounting.
• Not tax or legal help. No filings, no cost-basis reporting, no K-1s. Ask your accountant and your lawyer.
• Not a membership system. Who belongs to your club, and on what terms, is governed by your club's own agreement, not by ours.

Data and generated analysis.

Market data and generated analysis

Prices, news and earnings-call transcripts come from third-party providers. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we don't guarantee them.

The news labels, earnings-call reviews and thesis checks are produced automatically, using AI models, from those sources. They are a prompt for your club's own discussion — a starting point for the argument, not a verdict. Read the underlying source before you act on anything, and expect the occasional mistake.

Your content, your conduct.

What your club writes belongs to your club. You give us only the permission we need to store it, display it to your members, and process it to run the features described above. We don't use your club's private content to train AI models.

In return: don't share your login, don't scrape or resell the data in the app, don't try to break into anyone else's club, and don't use StockClub to advise other people for a fee. We may suspend access that puts the service or other clubs at risk.

Money.

Trials, billing and cancelling

Subscriptions are billed to the club, monthly, in advance. A trial is free for the period stated when you start it; we'll tell you before it ends, and you're never charged without agreeing to a plan.

Cancel any month and access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. If we change prices, existing clubs get at least 30 days' notice. Either of us can end this arrangement — if we end it without cause, we'll refund the unused part of the month and give you a copy of your club's content.

The lawyerly part.

Disclaimers, liability and the rest

StockClub is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or that the data and analysis in it will be accurate or complete.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to what your club paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits; where that's true, they apply only as far as permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
